Thérèse Plummer, was hit head-on by a drunk driver resulting in a devastating car crash June 11, 2021.
Thankfully, witnesses were able to rescue her before both vehicles exploded in flames.
She sustained multiple severe injuries and since then has continued to undergo major surgeries.
Her recovery continues to be painful but has created an opportunity to share her experience and save lives, by helping to change dangerous choices and prevent impaired driving.
As she continues to heal both physically and mentally, she has collaborated with several organizations and spoken at events across the NYC area in an effort to share her story and raise awareness about the seriousness of this public health problem.

She sustained multiple severe injuries, but is in stable condition. Thérèse continues to undergo major surgeries. Her recovery will be long and painful.
Thérèse’s huge heart, shining soul and awe-inspiring views on life and humanity have helped so many get through tough times in their own lives.
